TABLE|IT – Extend Act! CRM with additional, individual tables
Every company has specific requirements for a CRM system. In addition to the standard data fields in a CRM system, there is often individual information or protocols that need to be added to a customer record in order to sustainably increase productivity. This data often exists as simple tables in Word or Excel, but there is no relation to the contact in Act! This data cannot be evaluated across contacts.

Tables can be linked to contacts, companies, groups and opportunities. Multiple relations are possible. With TABLE|IT, automated or user-defined tables can be created and managed, allowing companies and freelancers to create a system of relations tailored exactly to their needs. Each table can also be password protected.

So instead of foregoing integration of data in Act! and simply storing it unsorted on the server, use the many features of TABLE|IT. This allows you to create relations between different tables or perform calculations, for example, to calculate your service costs. Data can be matched and evaluated using an intelligent search filter. Furthermore, visibility and security settings for users and teams can be defined in addition to field accesses. This makes it possible, for example, to make certain information accessible only to authorized persons for data protection reasons. Many other options are offered by the integration of graphics and the design of individual layouts for a clearer presentation of evaluations and reports. Finally, the integrated report designers are used for the clear and meaningful design of evaluations and reports – making TABLE|IT an indispensable tool for the presentation of business reports and statistics.
TABLE|IT was developed to make your work with tables in Act! much easier and to deepen application possibilities. Documents and contacts can be linked so that relationships can be established between different groups, contacts and sales opportunities. In addition, any number of sub-tables can be created for each main table. TABLE|IT for Act! also makes it much easier to work with detail functions, individual fields and to search for specific information. Thus, the field design can be adapted, individual columns can be calculated or, while working on one table, the required information or comparative values can be searched for in others. Various list views, graphical formats and print templates are available for printing.

Test warranty
The fastest way to get to know a product is to test it yourself. Get an idea directly and install the software version on your computer. Here we offer you the download of the installation file. You can download this version without obligation and free of charge and install it on your computer. During the whole test phase you can get to know the complete range of functions. You can easily convert the test version into a full version. The data you have already entered in the test phase can be transferred directly to the full version. Please note that software is not returnable.
Support of Act! versions
Addons for Act! are always supported for the latest 3 Act! versions. Currently (as of 01.11.2021) these are the versions Act! v22, v23 and v24. No support can be provided for older Act! versions.
Scope of delivery
Included is the software license. Please book services like installation, support, hosting, coaching etc. separately.
Addon lifetime
Our addons are always maintained for the current 3 Act! versions. If your Act! version is discontinued, the corresponding addon will be discontinued as well. This concerns for example Act! v18 (as of 01.12.2018). You can continue to use discontinued versions of Act! and the associated addons as long as they run on your system. However, we no longer provide support and software maintenance for discontinued versions.

Updates for Act! addons
Addons for Act! are registered once for the Act! version existing at installation. As long as you stay with the Act! version you will receive addon updates for free. Please note that only the last two Act! versions are supported for our addons. If you decide to change the Act! version, you can see the prices for relicensing the addons in the matrix below. You pay only the percentage of the current retail price.

Within 60 days: free updates after the initial purchase of the next Act! version.
Within 90 days: 15% of the current list price for the upgrade after the initial purchase of an Act! version (e.g. Act! v20 to Act! v21)
If you upgrade from an Addon Edition to a higher edition (e.g. from Basic to Advanced), the previously purchased edition will be credited, but we charge 15% upgrade fee. Please contact us for more information.

Now you install the Act! update for Act! v21.
The already used addon is no longer compatible with the new Act! version. You must now buy the update for all addon licenses.
The price per update license for the addon is 60% of the scale price for 5 licenses.
