Data exchange with EXPORT|IT
With the addon EXPORT|IT you have the possibility to export your data set or selected fields. The larger your customer dataset is in your company, the more difficult it is to export the data to other formats. It can quickly happen that some data is not selected or is lost when performing the export. With EXPORT|IT we offer you a reliable addon for your data export.
Use the various functions of EXPORT|IT
With EXPORT|IT you can export your data from Act! to other data types like Excel, XML or CSV. For this purpose, you can export from Act! the companies, contacts, groups, relationships, opportunities, products, user-defined tables and the database structures (fields and their attributes). You can apply filters to the export to limit the export of your data by the creation or modification date. By selecting different fields you want to export, you can exclude fields for export and thus also keep the size of the export as small as possible. The group function in Act! also gives you an advantage for EXPORT|IT, because you can add or exclude individual groups to the export. You can also specify your export according to individual conditions. You can refine the export by specifying conditions like “Skip export with zip code 34” or “Export only contacts with zip code 34”.
Create your own scheme
With EXPORT|IT you can create your own scheme. To do this, you just need to specify a name and the options you want. In the next step you connect the export to the Act! database and save your schema. The schema allows you to select a date and time when the export of your data should take place. Once you have set this, your data will be exported automatically at the desired time. To ensure the security of your data, a password is required for each scheme. After exporting your data, you can delete your configured scheme and create a new one at any time.
Choose your edition
With the DATA|SUITE Combi-Pack you can purchase EXPORT|IT in different editions: EXPORT|IT Basic, EXPORT|IT Standard, EXPORT|IT Professional and EXPORT|IT Ultimate.
With the BASIC- Edition you get a small software, which simplifies the export and integration of elementary data. Already with the Basic Edition you can link data sets with each other by assigning IDs.
The EXPORT|IT STANDARD- Edition offers you additional filters. With this edition you can extend your export functions to the communication data of your customer and sales database. You have the possibility to export your histories and notes, activities and sales opportunities, products and documents.
As an additional edition EXPORT|IT offers the PROFESSIONAL edition. You have the possibility to define data structures and user-defined tables. You can specify your export data sets and design your output size yourself. For this purpose you can use the filter functions and database analyses of EXPORT|IT professional.
With the ULTIMATE edition you get the complete package of the EXPORT|IT addon for Act!

You can upgrade from one edition to a higher edition at any time. When you upgrade to a higher version (e.g. from BASIC to PROFESSIONAL), the value of the previously bought version is credited, we do however charge 15% upgrade fee. Please contact us for more information.

Act! addon rental license
Prices of Act! addons are given per year. Offer prices are valid for the first contract year. After that the regular price applies.
The minimum term for the Act! Addon rental license is one year. If the contract is not terminated in text form at least three months before the end of the minimum term, it is tacitly extended by another year. For the time of the termination the receipt of the termination at CRMADDON Factory e.K. is decisive. The Act! Addon rental license is provided to you for temporary use during the contract period. Therefore, no permanent key is available to you after termination of the contract. The start of the minimum term corresponds to the invoice date.
Server license: The software is available on the Act! server and provides the described functionalities.
Client license: A separate license is required for each computer/workstation that needs the addon. The license is bound to the computer. When using terminal servers, please contact us.
Data Management License: The software is usually installed on an administrative workstation or the Act! server and is thus available to the data manager (administrator).

Test guarantee
The fastest way to get to know a product is to test it yourself. Get an idea directly and install the software version on your computer. Here we offer you the download of the installation file. You can download this version without obligation and free of charge and install it on your computer. During the whole test phase you can get to know the complete range of functions. You can easily convert the test version into a full version. The data you have already entered in the test phase can be transferred directly to the full version. Please note that software is excluded from return.
Act! versions support
Addons for Act! are always supported for the latest 3 Act! versions. Currently (as of 01.11.2021) these are the versions Act! v22, v23 and v24. No support can be provided for older Act! versions.
Scope of delivery
Included is the software license. Please book services like installation, support, hosting, coaching etc. separately.
Addon lifetime
Our addons are always maintained for the current 3 Act! versions. If your Act! version is discontinued, then the associated addon will also be discontinued. This concerns for example Act! v21 (as of 01.11.2021). You can continue to use discontinued versions of Act! and the associated addons as long as they run on your system. However, we no longer provide support and software maintenance for discontinued versions.
