The mobile solution for Act!: Handheld Contact
Handheld Contact is an app for mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets and uses encryption technology to secure the data. By default, the data is temporarily stored on a Canadian server. We offer European customers a German server, which is subject to European and German data laws.
The purchase includes a user license for the server per device for one year.
HandHeld Contact supports Blackberry, IOS and Android.
Use your contact information anytime and anywhere
With Handheld Contact, the mobile solution for Act! you can access your data even without Internet access. Handheld Contact allows you to wirelessly synchronize bidirectionally between your Act! database and a mobile device. Perfect customer service means having access to the important contact information, such as activities, calendar, histories and notes, anytime, anywhere. Only those contacts are transferred for which an appointment has been entered in a time period defined by you. This way you do not overload your memory.
If you connect your smartphone to a modern car computer, you can use the data of your contacts. You can use your car phone to call the contacts or your navigation device to navigate you directly to the addresses.
Handheld Contact records every interaction for you: if you communicate with a contact via phone, email or instant message, Handheld Contact automatically creates an Act! history and asks you for the details.
