For good work you need good tools. CRMADDON supports you with systems from practice for practice. This is also the case with the new bundle, which cleverly combines proven solutions for easier work.

This way you can make calls via your Act! CRM system and control the respective phone “remotely”. This includes starting, accepting and brokering the call via your Act! CRM. Instead of picking up the phone, you start the call with a mouse click.

In addition, there is automatic contact recognition or the creation of contacts for incoming calls. During the call, you have access to stored customer information thanks to Act!

The new bundle includes a Snom phone (free for resellers, conditions see under 2.) our proven addon DIAL|IT and the matching TAPI interface. The systems are easy to integrate into office workflows, require little training and are simple and convenient to use.

  • Up to 1.000 Euro turnover per year: 25 % commission
  • Up to 5.000 Euro turnover per year: 30 % commission
  • Over 5.000 Euro turnover per year: 35 % commission
