The support service occurs during busininess hours (Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5pm). If remote maintenance is not possible, on premise support is billed separately. This service does not cover administration work, training and regular data maintenance, software updates are not included. Support is billed in advance and deducted in 15 minute (1 unit) intervals.
