You are not a technician and are worried about the installation and configuration of an add-on?
You don’t need to be. We will manage the task for you via remote access! With your installation support our technicians install the purchased add-on on your system via remote access. The setup is done together with you.

The installation flat rate is for each of our add-ons which can be purchased in our shop.
Receive installation and basic configuration at one workstation PC or server as well as function tests. This service can occur via telephone or remote session. Product training or specific settings for IMPORT|IT and FETCH|IT are not included.
The service is performed after a date arrangement. We will contact you within a business day to arrange just that.
The prerequisites are: a work station with the current Windows updates as well as enough RAM and free hard drive space. The CRM-system has to be running smoothly. Please have your user login data ready.
